Wedding dresses available in our catalogue are styles that can be made to order and do not imply that every size, colour or variation shown is held in stock.
After the order is confirmed, the dress is made specifically for the consumer based on the selected size according to the size chart and the confirmed individual options, such as colour, sleeves, materials, accessories or other agreed modifications.
The order will be ready within 30 to 90 days.
Once the order has been confirmed and the production process has begun, costs are incurred for materials, production, suppliers and shipping. For this reason, changing or cancelling the order simply because the consumer has changed their mind cannot be accepted after production of the item for you has begun.
If, before the style is completed, you have ideas or would like changes, please contact us. We will tell you which stage your dress has reached and, where possible, we will be happy to help make the requested adjustments.
