(1) letters a) and c) of the Civil Code regarding distance contracts), products made to order according to the consumer’s clear specifications or distinctly personalized products (individual measurements, design modifications upon request) CANNOT BE RETURNED due to a change of mind, provided that they meet the confirmed quality and dimensional specifications.
